The staff was very friendly and helpful. Angie even helped with our luggage upon arrival. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with great service! Every staff member, from the cleaners to the manager, treated me so well. I had a really great couple of days there, which I appreciated a lot.
I booked an executive double room, but there was a pump next door in the utility room that created a heck of a noise. The noise started around 07:30 each morning and around 19:30 each night, and it sounded like drilling. It vibrated the wall and gave me a headache.

The room included nice large fluffy bathroom towels, and it was clean, comfortable, and newly refurbished. The bedrooms featured lovely linen. I had a comfortable stay because of it.

The breakfast had a good range of à la carte optionswith vegetarian and vegan choices, and that suited our family really well. The service was excellent, and the breakfast seating and tables looked newly refurbished! I was really excited.
